These Terms govern your use of quickbaiter.com (the “Site”) and any purchases from us.
They also include the Quick Baiter Affiliate Program Terms within this page.

1. Using Our Website & Purchasing Products
Who We Are
Eligibility (Age Requirement)
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use this Site and purchase products.
  • By using the Site, you confirm you are eligible and that your use is lawful.
Orders, Pricing, and Availability
  • All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, shipping rates, promotions, or availability at any time.
  • We may limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service (including for suspected fraud, reseller abuse, chargeback abuse, or policy violations).
  • Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline that offer.
Payments
  • We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • By placing an order, you represent you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • If your payment is declined, your order may be canceled or placed on hold.
  • If we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, we may cancel the order.
Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
  • Unless required otherwise by applicable law, risk of loss transfers to you when the shipment is handed to the carrier.
  • International shipping: We ship internationally. Duties/taxes/customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Product Use & Safety
  • Products are intended for lawful, intended use.
  • You are responsible for safe use and appropriate supervision of minors.
  • Follow any included instructions and warnings.
Site Rules: Intellectual Property, Prohibited Use, and Third-Party Links
  • Intellectual Property: Site content and branding are owned by or licensed to QuickBaiter Fishing LLC. No copying or reuse without written permission.
  • Prohibited Use: No hacking, scraping, disruption, malware/bots, checkout manipulation, fraud, chargeback abuse, or misrepresenting your relationship with Quick Baiter.
  • Third-Party Links: We aren’t responsible for third-party sites or their policies. Use at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms
  • We may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (incorporated into these Terms by reference).

  • If an order is refunded or charged back, any related affiliate commission is void and may be deducted from future payouts.

3. Affiliate Program Terms
Enrollment, Tracking & Cookies
  • Participation is subject to approval; we may accept or reject any application at our discretion.
  • Approved affiliates receive unique tracking links and must not alter tracking parameters.
  • Cookie duration: 30 days (tracking may be affected by browser/device settings and cookie restrictions).
  • Affiliate self-purchases: not allowed.
Commission Structure (Per-Unit Tiers)
  • Commissions are paid on a per-unit basis for eligible sales that are properly tracked, completed, and not refunded or charged back. A sale becomes eligible for payout only after the 30-day customer return period has expired. The 30-day payout processing period begins following the expiration of the return window.
  • Eligible sales exclude taxes, shipping, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent/voided transactions.
  • Tier basis: lifetime units sold through the Program (unless your affiliate system is configured differently).
Tier Units Sold (Lifetime in Program) Commission (Per Unit Sold)
Gold ≤ 500 units $5 per unit
Platinum 501 – 1000 units $8 per unit
Diamond 1000+ units $10 per unit
Payouts & Minimum Threshold
  • Minimum payout threshold: 2 eligible (non-refunded) units.
  • Payout schedule: set in the affiliate system settings in WooCommerce and may be updated from time to time by QuickBaiter Fishing LLC.
  • Payout method: as configured in your affiliate system (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, or another approved method).
  • We may delay or withhold payouts for fraud review, returns windows, payment disputes, or compliance checks.
Promotion Rules (Coupons, Paid Search, Influencers)
  • Coupons, paid search, and influencer promotions are allowed if you comply with these rules:
  • No impersonation of Quick Baiter or claims you are our employee/agent.
  • No misleading claims about performance, pricing, warranties, or shipping times.
  • No spam (unsolicited mass emails/DMs, deceptive comment spam, or automated outreach).
  • Paid search: do not use our trademarks/brand terms in ad copy or as keywords unless we approve in writing.
  • Coupons: only promote coupons publicly issued by Quick Baiter or explicitly provided to you in writing.
Prohibited Conduct & Termination
  • No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, tracking manipulation, malware, redirects, deceptive popups, fake orders, or fraud.
  • No promotion alongside illegal, hateful, or discriminatory content.
  • Either party may terminate participation at any time; we may terminate immediately for suspected fraud or prohibited conduct.
  • Upon termination, you must stop using affiliate links and brand assets.
